Performance · Operations · Transformation
I turn messy data and broken processes into clear strategy and continuous operational improvement.
What I work on
Identifying where programmes are underperforming by auditing processes to surface loopholes and inefficiencies, supporting change management and team training, then building practical solutions that improve day to day operations.
Building the infrastructure that makes organisations proactive rather than reactive by designing performance frameworks, translating business logic into automated reporting, and carrying out performance modelling for adhoc decisions.
Ensuring strategy is data-informed before it's committed to by supporting the development of strategic plans, setting meaningful KPIs, and staying involved through delivery.
Impact highlights
Inherited a variance gap across 130,000+ legacy records. Executed structured data investigation and substantive testing, designing a remediation framework that recovered $3.1M within 8 months and closed systemic reporting gaps.

My approach
Before anything else I focus on buy-in — understanding who the stakeholders are, what they believe the problem is, and earning enough trust to ask the questions that matter. Without this, even the right solution gets rejected.
I immerse myself in how things actually work — the existing systems, the business logic, the policies people operate under. Most problems aren't what they look like on the surface. Understanding the full scope means I'm solving the right thing.
Once I understand the problem fully I model out the scenarios — stress-testing assumptions, quantifying risk, and building the evidence base that makes recommendations credible. This is where strategy gets its foundations.
Strategy without delivery is just a document. I use a relational leadership style to bring people with me through implementation — grounding disagreements in facts, creating dialogue, and finding solutions that teams can own long after I've moved on.
